2.21 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hello mates! Completely happy Friday! What do you will have happening this weekend? It’s Rodeo Break (it’s an AZ factor and I find it irresistible), so the children are off college. We’re simply having fun with some Tucson adventures, enjoyable with mates, and having fun with this spring-like climate. Sending some sunshine to my freezing mates proper now!

I’m doing a spherical of the EquiLife detox right now and feeling superb. I used to be planning on beginning with our group in January, however everybody else in the home obtained sick with a chilly/virus, so I finished after at some point. I wanted to shift my focus to immunity, and was capable of keep wholesome whereas I took care of everybody else.
